Conditional reporting

Conditional reporting is an extension of the Visual Report, which allows you to look at a filtered set of results visually, by selecting to filter by specific question results.

You may do this by clicking on the Apply Filter button in the breadcrumb bar above the Visual Report.

Adding a condition

Conditions are built by creating a statement about the question, comparison, and answer you wish to look at.

The basic steps to adding a condition are:

  1. Choose a question from the dropdown
  2. Choose a comparison from the next dropdown
    • is
    • is not
    • is less than (rating-based questions only)
    • is greater than (rating-based questions only)
  3. Choose a field in the chosen question (only applies if multiple fields)
  4. Choose an answer to the question
  5. Click on Add Condition

Repeat these steps for each condition you wish to add, then click on Apply Filter once complete.

Conditions you add may also be combined using the following logic operators:

  • AND
  • OR

Also supported, but much less commonly used:

  • NOR
  • XOR
  • NAND
