Using the visual report

Overview

The first glimpse into your data in FourEyes is the Visual Report. This report view is very useful for general information about your survey results, including using some of the resulting graphs and visual elements in external reports.

For all closed-ended questions, you can easily switch between several display modes:

  • Table View
  • Bar Chart
  • Stacked Bar Chart
  • Pie Chart

Rating based questions (Rating Scale, and Rating Matrix), will also provide you with a general statistical analysis of the results, including the Mean, Median, Standard Deviation, Minimum, Maximum, and the Quartiles.

For open-ended questions, you will see a preview of some results, and the option to review all by clicking on the Review all responses (n) -> button below the question text.

No answer

The no answer count is also included in the results, but sometimes you either don't want to see it, or it isn't relevant to the information you're collecting.

In this case, you can disable it by:

  1. clicking on the Gear icon in the top-right of a report question box, and
  2. clicking on Edit question view, then
  3. unchecking Include "No answer" count, and
  4. clicking on Save changes
