Dear Festival-goer,

My name is Amy Whitcher and I am an undergraduate at Cardiff University. I am undertaking a research project which is investigating how UK festivals are engaging with environmental issues. I am also interested in the views of festival-goers, and I have designed a survey which I hope you will take part in. The survey asks questions on your views on what festivals are currently doing and how successful they are. 

The survey will take 2-3 minutes to complete. All responses received will be anonymous and you will not be identified.

You can withdraw from the survey at any point.
